We have extensive expertise in mold making for PEEK Mould. Due to the good heat resistance of PEEK Material, the temperature span during injection molding usually needs to be between 320°C and 390°C. The temperature requirements of PEEK molds are also relatively high, often between 140 °C and 180 °C. The mold steel we chose S136 as the main mold making material, and the hardness level is HRC48-52, which ensures a solid performance. The mold configuration adopts a 1*1 cavity layout, and the products injection molded through the mold after careful texture are very delicate and without any flashes.
