This product is an multi material mold for Insert Mould. The injection molding product material is PA6+30%GF. The addition of 30% glass fibers significantly improves the mechanical properties of PA6. It enhances tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact resistance, making the material sturdier and more durable compared to unfilled PA6. The incorporation of glass fibers allows the material to achieve higher strength levels while maintaining a relatively low density. This high strength-to-weight ratio makes it suitable for applications where lightweight and strong components are required. In order to meet the customer's product practicality and appearance requirements, the surface finish of the cavity is texture. The mold is made of high quality mold insert steel S136 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained. The product requires high precision and no flash.
